The office is available by telephone 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In general, most routine phone calls are returned between 11:30 a.m. -12:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. This is done so that Drs. Goldfarb & Eisenberg will not be interrupted for routine calls while in process of examining or talking to another patient. This is a courtesy that most patients would like to see extended to them while they are being interviewed or examined. However, if you have an urgent problem, please indicate to the receptionist or the answering service that you must speak to the doctor immediately.
